1 administrative assistant and the director of the centre, who are responsible for management and marketing activities.
The administrative assistant is also in charge of reception and day-to-day relations with students during their stay at the centre.

9 instructors, all former maritime pilots with a a full ocean-going master license.
They are responsible for running the theoretical and practical training courses.
Their professional experience as seamen and the numerous hours spent with students from around the world means that they are not just first-rate professionals but also quite remarkable "interfacers" between real ships and model ships.

6 technicians, who take care of all maintenance work on the models and facilities available at the centre.
Through their efforts, the fleet is always operational.
They are also responsible for setting up all the structures needed for special tests requested by students.
